Cancellation Policy

Please read and answer the following. Terms & Conditions + Disclaimer A deposit is required for all appointments, deposits are non refundable. (no shows & cancellations deposits are non refundable) No cancellations or changes are allowed once the appointment has been booked. Bookings cannot be rescheduled or transferred to another date within 12 hours of your appointment. Failure to will result in 50% payment of your treatment on your next appointment. Bookings can only be transferred once to a different date/time. Please arrive at your appointment on time. Any bookings 15 minutes late or more, may mean that your booking is cancelled due to other bookings. Appointments can be scheduled at a later date. We will Require 12hrs notice for all changes.
